Make up a batch of sticky rice to go with this while the chicken marinates – well worth it. This chicken is all dressed up and nowhere to go…except in your mouth !
1 lb. of Chicken Breast – cleaned and cubed into 1/2oz pieces
1 cup of LH Sesame Ginger Dressing – marinade
1/8 cup cooking oil
½ cup black sesame seeds
½ cup white sesame seeds
(vegetables and rice optional, but suggested)
1. Wash Hands
2. Marinate the chicken cubes for about an hour
3. On the stove over medium heat, place a cast iron skillet, wok, heavy gauged pan and heat the cooking oil
4. Individually place the chicken in the hot oil, careful not to splash – turning over every 5 minutes or so until cooked through
5. Mix the sesame seeds together and then drop each chicken bite into the seeds to get a nice black and white look – and serve !
