Thai Peanut Beef Salad

A great mix of vegetables and steak along with our Thai Peanut dressing to make a delicious meal!


1 lb steak, trimmed
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup sliced red onion
1 cucumber, cut in pieces
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 minced jalapeno pepper
4 cups mixed greens
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 fresh lime
Litehouse® Thai Peanut  dressing to taste


Broil steak to desired doneness. Let rest for 5-10 minutes, then cut into very thin slices. As steak is resting, toss Litehouse Thai Peanut dressing with carrots, onions, cucumbers, red bell peper, and jalapeno. Place on top of mixed greens. Add the steak; sprinkle with peanuts and bean sprouts. Squeeze lime over. Pass with additional dressing
