Smokehouse Chipotle Ranch Pizza

“Holy Cow; I think he’s gonna make it….” – Do you want to impress your guests that come in to watch the “big game” – make this ! Bacon, Ham, three cheeses and a Chipotle Ranch Dressing as the sauce – smoky, porky and just a hint of heat…. Make it rain !

Ingredients

1 each 16in pizza crust
2 cups of LH Chipotle Ranch Dressing
2 cups of Fresh diced cooked bacon
2 cups of Honey Cured Ham
2 cups of shredded Colby Jack, Mozzarella, and Cheddar Cheese
Garnish with some Fresh Sliced Green Onion tops and a sliced Avocado
Fresh ground black pepper and Kosher salt to taste.

Directions

1. Wash Hands
2. Set Oven to 375 F
3. Top the crust with the list of ingredients above
4. Reserve the Garnish
5. Bake until the sides look crispy and the cheese melty – approx. 20min
6. Let cool for about 3 minutes and then finish with a garnish and serve
