Pomegranate Turkey Salad

This delicious salad becomes a refreshing summer meal when paired with crusty rolls, iced tea, and sorbet.


1 11-ounce bag pre-washed lettuce mix,
or 6 cups torn lettuce leaves
2 cups cubed cooked turkey, chicken or ham
1 cup shredded carrot
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
1/2 cup crumbled feta or blue cheese
Litehouse® Pomegranate Blueberry Vinaigrette Dressing


In a large bowl toss together lettuce, turkey, carrots, onions, olives, and cheese. Drizzle Litehouse® Pomegranate Blueberry Vinaigrette Dressing over salad. Toss lightly and serve immediately.
