1 Pkg (6 oz.) mixed lettuce
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
½ cup celery, sliced
2/3 cup fresh mango, diced (substitute: green peas)
¼ cup red bell pepper, julienne sliced
1 ripe avocado, sliced
8 oz. small cooked shrimp and/or lump crab meat
1/2 cup Litehouse® Ranch or,
Litehouse® Lite Ranch or,
Litehouse® Buttermilk Ranch
In a medium bowl, toss together mixed lettuce, onion, celery, mango, red bell pepper. Top with avocado and cooked shrimp. Drizzle lightly with dressing just prior to serving and pass dressing with salad.
