Grilled Chicken Caesar Pitas

I like to toss all the ingredients together; you can layer them in the pita bread in order. Excellent for your next picnic or box lunch.


4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
6 cups (10 oz.) romaine lettuce leaves, torn
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1 cup grape tomatoes, cut into halves
4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
6 (6-inch) pita bread rounds
1/2 cup (plus 2 Tbsp.) Litehouse® Caesar Caesar or
Litehouse® Homestyle Ranch 


1. Brush both sides of chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons dressing. Preheat grill or broiler. Grill chicken 5 inches from heat soruce 6 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Slice crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
2. Combine lettuce, chicken, olives, tomatoes and cheese in large bowl; toss with remaining 1/2 cup dressing. Cut pita breads into halves; open pockets. Fill with lettuce mixture.
