Greek Caesar Salad

Lisa Stansbury's recipe combines the classic taste of traditional Caesar salad with her own unique combination of chicken, olives & Instantly Fresh Herbs.


2 heads romaine lettuce
4 Tbsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Red Onion 
2 Tbsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Garlic 
2 oz. sliced black olives (small can)
4 oz. Litehouse® Feta Cheese Crumbles 
3 tomatoes, diced
1 can chunk chicken (5 oz.)
13oz  Litehouse® Caesar Caesar or,
Litehouse® OPA Caesar 





Rinse the romaine lettuce and tear into bite sized pieces. Place in a bowl. Add 4 Tbsp. Litehouse® Freeze-dried red onion (re-hydrate in 1 Tbsp. water for 1-2 minutes) and 2 Tbsp. Litehouse® Freeze-dried garlic. Toss into lettuce. Add olives, tomatoes and chicken. Toss again to distribute ingredients throughout the salad. Top with Litehouse Caesar Dressing. Enjoy!
