6 - Pork Chops
½ cup - Litehouse Cherry Vinaigrette dressing # 13257
1.5oz. - Dijon Mustard
Coat a large frying pan with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
Add pork chops to pan and brown on both sides, turning once approx. 5 minutes per side.
Combine Cherry Vinaigrette dressing and mustard and spoon over pork chops. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook for approx. 8 minutes more or until done. Place chops on a serving platter and pour the Cherry Vinaigrette in a crisscross pattern over the top.
