Black and Bleu Chopped Salad

Chopped Greens (Romaine, Kale, Iceberg) tossed with Grape Tomatoes, LH Garlic Bleu Cheese Dressing, Bacon and IF LH Basil finished with LH Crumbles Bleu Cheese and Fresh off the grill slices of garlic marinated steak.


1 4oz Sirloin of Beef marinated in a drizzle of olive oil and a Tablespoon of IF LH Garlic – grilled and set aside 2 cleaned leaves of romaine – rough chopped 2 cleaned leaves of Curly Green Kale – rough chopped 1/8 of a head of Iceberg Lettuce – rough chopped 5 Grape Tomatoes ¼ cup of Cooked chopped bacon 1 Tablespoon of IF LH Basil 6 oz of LH Garlic Bleu Cheese Dressing


Grill your beef/steak; set aside at desired doneness. Chop and toss all other ingredients together and pile onto a plate. Slice your steak, or cube, and lay over the top of the salad. Enjoy !
